Here is How it Works:

Tip Rate assists in determining the total bill, including a standard tip which has been adjusted by standard quality measures that can be customized to fit you taste.. Tip Rate computes total bill and allows the user to adjust the tip based on the overall services provided. The user can also make additions or subtractions for specific events.

Tip Rate allows the user to keep a on-going record of the service experience and increment or decrement the tip according to the events that transpire. The system also allow the user to set how many parties are splitting the check and TipRate will compute the component bills.
